JERSEY CITY--K. Hovnanian has sold a 6,000-sf retail condominium to Hudson Greene Market, an independent gourmet grocer, at 77 Hudson, their new luxury condominium in Jersey City.
Hudson Greene Market, the first full-service gourmet grocery store in the neighborhood, has purchased at the corner of Hudson and Grand Streets. Hudson Greene Market is expected to open early this summer, and will offer fresh, organic meats, a full bakery with fresh bread and French pastries, a Nespresso coffee shop, and a full-range of prepared take-out dinners.
